The Patient Medical Association, Inc. ("PAMEAS") created and maintains the U.S.-based websites http://pameas.org, http://medical-showcase.com/, http://trans-radial.org/, http://neuroendovascular.org/, http://pames.org/ipt, and http://pameas.org/consulting/ (hereafter known as the “websites”) to provide information to, and communicate better with, patients, family, friends, physicians, healthcare professionals, healthcare policy makers, supporters, job seekers, and others who may be interested in learning more about PAMEAS and the products and services it offers.

The information provided on these websites is not intended nor recommended as a substitute for professional medical advice, is for general information only, and is designed to support, not replace, the relationship that exists between you and your physician. PAMEAS does not provide medical services or advice as part of these websites and nothing contained on these websites is intended to be used for medical diagnosis or treatment. Resume Submission

PAMEAS allows online submission of resumes in response to job postings on these websites. Your personal information is subject to our privacy policy. You agree not to post any false or inaccurate biographical information. Recruiters representing candidates may not submit resumes in response to job postings on these websites and PAMEAS will have no obligations to recruiters for unsolicited submissions. There is a risk that your resume may be lost or intercepted by a third party if you submit it to PAMEAS through these websites. PAMEAS cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from the transmission or use of resumes obtained through these websites. In addition, PAMEAS may contract with a third-party service provider to host the resume submission page.

Use of Content

Except as expressly prohibited on these websites, you are permitted to view, copy, print, and distribute documents within these websites, such as Frequently Asked Questions, white papers, technical documentation, data sheets, and so on, subject to your agreement that:

Any information that you submit to PAMEAS is governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated here by reference.

User Submissions

You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all information you submit to PAMEAS. In addition you agree that any information you post in public areas of the website shall not:

  • be fraudulent;
  • infringe any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
  • violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
  • be defamatory, libelous, abusive, threatening or harassing;

PAMEAS reserves the right (but not the obligation) to monitor all user postings and to remove any which it considers in its absolute discretion to be offensive or otherwise in breach of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation.

You grant PAMEAS a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise, commercialize, and exploit the copyright, publicity, and database rights (but no other rights) you have in your submission, in any media now known or not currently known, with respect to your submissions.

Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement

You also agree to comply with prevailing United States laws regarding copyright and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”).

If you believe that either (1) any material contained in the website, or (2) any material or activity contained on a website to which PAMEAS has referenced or linked, infringes your copyright, you should notify PAMEAS of your copyright infringement claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

We will process notices of alleged infringement which it receives and will take appropriate actions as required by the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws. Pursuant to the DMCA, notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to PAMEAS’s Designated Agent.
